Shipping Policy

At Estefi Creates, we work with different shipping methods depending on the type of product you purchase. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how your items travel from my studio (or our production partner’s) to your doorstep.

Prints (Print-on-Demand)

Made to Order: Every print is produced and printed after you place your order. This helps reduce waste and supports slow, conscious production.
Production Partner: Prints are fulfilled by Gelato, a global print-on-demand network with production facilities in 32+ countries worldwide.
Processing Time: Most print orders are processed within 2–7 business days, including printing, quality check, and packaging.

Shipping Location: Because Gelato operates a global network, your print may be produced and shipped from the facility closest to your location — which means faster delivery and a smaller carbon footprint.

These are estimated timeframes provided by Gelato and may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, and local delivery conditions.

The Errant Post Mail Club & Original Artworks

Orders for The Errant Post Mail Club and original artworks are not processed through Gelato. These are prepared and shipped by me personally, via Correos (Spain’s postal service) or private carriers such as FedEx, depending on the destination, size, and requirements of each shipment.

Processing Time: These pieces are carefully hand-packed once your order is confirmed (or, in the case of original artworks, once the piece is completed and approved). Processing times may vary depending on studio workload.

Delivery Times: Since these are handled directly rather than through an automated network, estimated delivery times are confirmed individually when the shipping label is generated and will be included in your confirmation email.

Tracking: The Errant Post Mail Club letters sent via Correos use postage stamps and therefore do not include tracking. Original artworks shipped via Correos, FedEx, or another private courier include a tracking number, which you’ll receive by email as soon as the package leaves the studio.

Insurance for Original Artworks

All original artworks are shipped fully insured for the full value of the piece (the agreed sale price). This means that in the event of loss or damage during transit, the amount covered by insurance will correspond to the price of the artwork.

If your original piece arrives damaged or fails to arrive, please contact me immediately at info@esteficreates.com with photos (if applicable) so I can begin the process with the insurance provider or carrier. As noted in our Refund Policy, this is the only case in which a refund is processed through insurance.

Shipping Locations

We ship worldwide! Whether you’re in Spain, Canada, Australia, the US, or sipping wine on a Greek island — Estefi Creates can get to you, whether it’s a print, an Mail Club piece, or an original artwork.

Customs & Import Taxes

International orders (prints, The Errant Post Mail Club, or original artworks) may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the buyer. Estefi Creates is not liable for delays caused by customs authorities.

EU Sustainability Fee (EPR)

As of August 12, 2026, the European Union’s new Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) introduces Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) obligations for shipments within the EU, including registration with national authorities and financial contributions toward packaging labeling and recycling management.

As a result of this regulation, orders shipped to addresses within the European Union — whether via Gelato, Correos, or a private carrier — may include a small additional sustainability fee to cover these compliance costs. When applicable, this fee will be clearly displayed as a separate line item at checkout. We’re committed to keeping this cost as low as possible and will update this policy if the regulation or our shipping partners’ rates change.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, item size and weight, and the carrier used:

Prints: calculated at checkout based on Gelato’s rates. Combined shipping may be available for multi-item orders fulfilled from the same facility; some products may ship separately if produced at different facilities.

The Errant Post Mail Club and original artworks: shipping costs (including insurance, in the case of original artworks) are calculated individually based on current Correos or private carrier rates, and will be communicated to you before the shipment is confirmed.

Delays & Delivery Issues

While most orders arrive on time, delays can happen. Estefi Creates is not responsible for:

Shipping delays due to external circumstances (weather, customs, carrier disruptions, etc.)
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout or on the commission form
Lost or stolen packages after being marked as “delivered” by the carrier

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of your shipping confirmation, please reach out at info@esteficreates.com, and I’ll investigate directly with Gelato, Correos, or the relevant carrier, depending on the case.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships (with the exception of The Errant Post Mail Club letters), you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your hands.
